This week the news jumped that LG and ZTE would not go to the MWC as a preventive measure against the Wuhan coronavirus. However, ZTE hastened to deny it: it has canceled its press conference, but it will be present in Barcelona, and there will be the renewal of the ZTE Axon and the ZTE Blade.
Precisely, the new 5G generation of his family called ‘Axon’ already appears on some websites. Specifically, it is ZTE Axon 10s Pro, a phone that was leaked and was also seen in TENAA advancing most of its features. As expected, it brings on board the Snapdragon 865, up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 5G connectivity, and 48 MP in its rear camera.
The Latest In Processor, Memories, And Connectivity
The new ZTE Axon 10s Pro has a 6.47-inch AMOLED screen using FullHD + resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels), 19.5: 9 aspect ratio and drop-shaped notch. This panel has an integrated fingerprint reader and, depending on the brand. It boasts a 92% frontal utilization.
As a brain, it mounts the most advanced Qualcomm processor. It is the 7 nm Snapdragon 865, which arrives alongside the Adreno 650 GPU and is compatible with the 5G NSA and SA. Two options of LPDDR5 RAM (6 and 12 GB) and two internal storage UFS 3.0 (128 and 256 GB) are available, all with Z-Booster 2.0 technologies to improve performance, including RAM-Booster and FS-Booster
As for the operating system, it comes with MiFavor 10 based Android 9 Pie, while in terms of autonomy, it has a 4,000 mAh battery compatible with Quick Charge 4+ fast charging technology. And concerning connectivity, it has WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, to which we must add the Link-Booster technology, which combines local and cellular networks to improve connection stability and increase speed up to 50%.
Triple Camera With Wide-Angle And Telephoto
In the photographic section, this new ZTE phone has a 20-megapixel front camera with f / 2.0 aperture. The rear camera, meanwhile, is composed of a 48-megapixel main sensor with f / 1.7 aperture, a 20-megapixel wide-angle with a 125-degree field of view and f / 2.2 aperture and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with f aperture /2.4.
The Axon 10s Pro lacks a 3.5mm audio jack but is equipped with ultra-linear stereo speakers with DTS: X Ultra support. Finally, and like its predecessor, it has facial recognition and uses artificial intelligence to improve photographs.
Price and availability
The company has confirmed that the phone will be available in three colors (white, black, and other) and two configurations depending on the RAM and internal storage: 6GB / 128GB and 12GB / 256GB.
Details about availability and price will be announced later. Probably, to anticipate mobiles that will carry this processor and that appear to be presented shortly, such as the OPPO Find X2, ZTE has officially introduced this mobile without even saying anything about availability and price.
We will be attentive to update this information as soon as the manufacturer communicates and give you all the information. Knowing that they will have their stand at the MWC, they may take advantage of the event to show it and comment on this aspect.
