Motorola One Hyper smartphone has been launched and it is officially the company’s first smartphone with a pop-up selfie camera design. The device comes with a premium design and a full-screen notch-less display. The smartphone also touts a dual camera module at the rear, which includes Samsung’s 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor. Besides the 32MP selfie camera, some of the other highlights of the One Hyper include a Snapdragon 675 processor, dual rear cameras, 4000mAh battery with 45W hyper charging tech and Android 10.
The Motorola One Hyper features a 6.5-inch FHD+ display, which boasts an impressive 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. As expected, the phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor inside, along with 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
Motorola’s this latest mid-range phone has a dual camera setup on the back, featuring a 64MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. It offers an AI-powered night mode as well, which should help users capture some decent shots in low-light. As mentioned earlier, the phone has a 32MP pop-up selfie camera, which uses 4-in-1 pixel binning to capture 8MP stills.
Motorola One Hyper Charging
This is company’s first device with “Hyper Charging” – Motorola’s take on 45W wired charging. In 10 minutes it can load in 12 hours worth of battery life. Unfortunately, the charger is sold separately – you get a standard 15W charger in the box. Anyway, the battery has a 4,000mAh capacity.
With so many updated features, the latest attempt Motorola One Hyper seems essentially a budget version of OnePlus 7 Pro. Like the 7 Pro, Motorola is using a pop-up selfie camera to give the front of the device a completely screen-filled look with no notches.
For security, there is also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone. There is also a customizable light ring around the fingerprint sensor that will light when you receive a message or call. As mentioned above, this is the first Motorola phone to offer Android 10. The Motorola One Hyper also comes with a Water-repellent coating making it splash resistance. Lastly, the Motorola One Hyper price is set at $400. The handset comes in Deep sea blue, dark amber and fresh orchid hues, which is available for sale from Motorola.com in select countries in Europe and Latin America.
