Xiaomi’s, Redmi Note 8 Breaks 10 Million Unit Sales Record Globally

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has proudly announced today that the combined sales of Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro have hit 10 million units globally in just 3 months. This has simply given the brand a good reason to cheer. What we have analysed soon after this announcement that an average of 110,000 units were sold every single day. It simply hints that the brand has made favourable space amidst many hearts. Further analysing says that breaking the 10 million sales records in a whole month, quicker than the Redmi Note 7 did, sets an excellent record for Redmi.

To celebrate this achievement, the company is offering a good amount of discount for its customers as well. In china 100 Yuan discount has been given on the Redmi Note 8 6GB + 128GB version, which is now available for 1299 Yuan i.e. US$ 184, for limited period.

Just to recall, The Redmi Note 8 Pro features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with a waterdrop notch. It consist 64MP camera on the back of the phone along with an 8MP ultra wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. It comes with a Helio G90T processor with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. It also consist a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, IR blaster, audio jack, NFC, and a 4500mAh battery with support for 18W fast charge.

On the other hand, the Redmi Note 8 comes with a 6.39-inch FHD+ LCD display and Snapdragon 665. The quad-camera setup at the back features 48MP f/1.79 aperture lens, an 8MP 120° wide-angle shooter, a 2MP macro camera and another 2MP depth sensor.

So, before the company reveals more details about its upcoming Redmi K30 phones tomorrow, ahead of December 10th launch, Redmi note 8 has given the brand a big moment to celebrate in advance.
