Moto Razr 2019 foldable phone leaked with a clamshell design

Moto Razr 2019

Motorola is all set to launch its first foldable smartphone in the markets later this month. We know that the company has already scheduled a launch event in late October for the same. However, the tech industry is such that it is rare for a product to not get leaked prior to launch. Now, this is not only because the company did something wrong or did it on purpose.

Because there are various stages a product has to pass through such as production, testing, development and presentation. Therefore, the product has a chance of getting leaked in any of these stages. If you have seen a leak of any product recently, it must have leaked on any of the above stages that is for sure.

Talking about Motorola’s product launch, we know that the company is launching its first foldable smartphone. This will be named as the Moto Razr which was the first folding phone from Motorola back in the day. It came with a clamshell design that had a display on top and keyboard on the bottom part. Now, the entire phone will be a display that would fold in half and it will run on Android.

Moto’s first foldable smartphone, the Moto Razr, has now leaked thanks to @evleaks who is known as a reputable source of product leaks. According to the renders, Moto Razr will have a small display on top when it is folded. But when you unfold it, the inner display will be a foldable regular one.

It is said to be an OLED panel with 6.2-inch size and the device is expected to be a mid-range one. As the leaks suggest it will run on Snapdragon 710 processor, to come with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB storage. Having said that, we also have a report suggesting the Moto Razr will start at $1500 which is a bit too much even by foldable phone standards.
