Announced at the WWDC 2019 by Apple, macOS Catalina brings a lot of new features to the Mac which is an operating system for Apple’s Desktops and Laptops. One of the biggest changes you will notice when you update to macOS Cataline is that there will be stand-alone applications for Music, TV, and Podcasts. Basically, you can mirror your Mac’s screen on the iPad with the help of this feature in a very seamless manner. This means that you can use the feature as a secondary display where Apple showed once use case for designers who can use to draw on the iPad and see it on their Mac. There is also the inclusion of Screen Time which is a feature allowing you to see how much time you are spending on individual apps to analyze and reduce the usage.
